The principle in jet-pulse filters is to eliminate dust by passing the dusty gas through felt based bag from the outer surface to the inner surface and in the meantime to collect the dust accumulated on the outer surface by dropping to the hopper underneath of the body using compressed air.The dust accumulated in the hopper is taken out of the filter by dust discharge equipments.The dust usable in the production is moved to the system by means of dust transport equipments.

Jet Pulse Cartridge Filters have the same working principle with bag filters and are the types of filters in which cartridges, instead of bags, are used as a filtration material.

In cartridge filter systems more filtration area is provided by pleating the surface to be filtered from dusty gases, if compared with the same size filter bags

Thanks to having high filtration area with low number of filter elements, cartridge filter systems have low investment cost and easy and low-cost maintenance (lower number of ekipments to be maintained or serviced), which is the important factors why cartridge filtering systems are preferred.

The principle of electro filters, which can be installed together with a Gas Cooling Tower according to the application, is the electrostatic charging of dust and particles in the gas and collection on the collector electrode plates through the corona phenomenon that occurs with the high voltage applied between the emitter and collector electrodes. Electro filters, with their high efficiency, have a very important place in air pollution prevention systems.
